Princess Celestia Cursor Black Arrow

Again, another cursor. I'm not very good yet but I'm trying... Celestia's cutiemark cursor with the black arrow variant. I will be finishing the themes but I'd like a little constructive criticsism first which is why I upload the MAIN ones first.
